- The Pride Center San Antonio for social and community events.
- Fiesta Youth is a social group for teens 12-18.
- Binders for Brothers for binder donations to transgender and non-binary individuals.
- The Thrive Youth Center is a shelter for homeless LGBT youth in San Antonio.
- Haven for Hope seeks to transform the lives of the homeless by addressing the root causes of homelessness through education, job training and behavioral health services.
- The San Antonio Gender Association (SAGA) is dedicated to providing a supportive space for our gender diverse community. SAGA welcomes transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, genderqueer, and intersex persons. Those who love and support them are also welcome to attend.
- The Esperanza Peace and Justice Center is a grassroots, community-based arts & cultural organization, built around a vision of social justice and cross-cultural understanding. We are committed to serving marginalized communities and preserving San Antonio’s unique cultural heritage.
- PFLAG of San Antonio is a support group for parents, friends, and families of the LGBTQIA Community. They hold monthly support group meetings to educate, share, and offer support.

- The Gender Affirmation Project is a great resource for name and/ or gender marker changes.
- The Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) is an organization dedicated to furthering the gender diverse equity in the State of Texas. They work to accomplish this through education and networking in both public and private forums

- Planned Parenthood South Texas for healthcare needs, including gender affirming hormone therapy.

- Fenway Health is an LGBT health care, research and advocacy organization founded by Northeastern University students and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
